Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment to visit a Kitchen & BathWorks showroom?

No, appointments are not necessary. You are welcome to come in and browse any of showrooms during normal business hours.

How does it work if I already have a plumber, or contractor?

Plumbing contractors have a lot of experience in working with Kitchen & BathWorks. We encourage contractors to review a customer’s selection with us before the order is finalized.

How long does it take to design and install a kitchen?

Every job is different. The selection process itself can take weeks to even months. Other times the decisions are made very rapidly. Once the decision is made and the cabinets are on order, it will take approximately 10-12 weeks for delivery. Kitchen & BathWorks is uniquely able to complete the installation phase of each project in a timely and professional manner as we employ on a full-time basis a team of experienced installers through our wholly owned subsidiary "Final Vision Construction." Once we start a job, we will work as steadily as we are able, given the coordination challenges of the various subcontractors required for your job. There will be down times as it is impossible to be assured that each sub will complete their portion of the work on any given day. Our promise to you is that we will stay attentive to your project until it is complete. Some smaller jobs are done in two to three weeks; other larger jobs can take as long as several months.

How much does a kitchen cost?

Like cars or weddings or vacations the range of budgets is limitless. In new construction, a rule of thumb is that approximately 10% to 15% of the total market value should be allocated for custom cabinetry.

Do you offer any guarantees on kitchen cabinetry?

Yes, we provide a lifetime guarantee on hardware and running systems. We also provide a 5-year guarantee on all finishes.

Do you have your own installers?

Yes, we have a highly reputed installation crew to install our cabinetry. The installation is a highly intricate part of the process; therefore we require their involvement. We do not recommend using other companies or oneself to perform the installation, as it is highly detailed and involved.

How are drawings done?

We utilize state of the art Auto Cad professional computerized drawings, as well as, Hand Drawing of Perspective Illustrations.
